GROUP CLASSES (Room  1) | INDOOR CYCLING (Sala 2 ) 
To avoid disrupting the class and for safety reasons it is not allowed to enter the sessions after its start.

*ADVANCED LEVEL - High Intensity cardio vascular classes, recommended only for members with a good level of fitness and with excellent command of basic steps, which allows the execution of more complex choreography.

I. Cycling - Indoor Cycling
Physical reserves the right to change the schedule and type of classes without notice. To avoid disrupting the classes, it's not allowed to enter the class after its start.
